We are the Marrs family and we live in Ferndale, Washington.
Tyler and Emily Marrs began gardening together in 2006 and every summer since that year, we have enjoyed fresh, naturally grown produce. There is nothing much better than eating a freshly picked cucumber still cool from the night before or munching on a sun warmed cherry tomato!
After purchasing land in Ferndale in 2009, we decided to turn our passion for naturally grown food into a small (quite small) farm. In 2011, Red Planet Farm was officially born and we decided to offer our produce to people in our community via the Ferndale Public Market. We love being at the FPM sharing our vegetables, fruit, herbs, and flowers with the community. We specialize in growing heirloom variety fruits and vegetables that are unique and full of flavor!! Come visit us sometime.
For the 2012 season, we will begin selling at the Ferndale Public Market beginning August 4 from 10a-3p.
